The "2025 CMDC 15th China Medical Devices Industrial Data Release Conference & Medical Technology Innovation Conference", hosted by China Medical Devices Magazine and Beijing Wise Information Technology of med Industry Innovation Alliance, and co-hosted by the Geriatrics Branch of Chinese Aging Well Association, was grandly held in Beijing on March 22, 2025, with the theme "Unleashing Data Value, Driving Growth Momentum." The "China Medical Devices Industry Data Survey" has been conducted for 15 consecutive years. Research activities in 2024 covered more than 24,700 researchers in China's medical device industry in 32 provinces across the country, with data collection covering 3,522 healthcare organizations, and the coverage rate 16.57% of second-level and above hospitals. The research centers on five important indexes: market retention rate, training system ,net promoter score, repurchase intention rate, and comprehensive satisfaction with after-sales service. The survey highlights more the comprehensive service capability of medical equipment enterprises, objectively and comprehensively showing the real utilization and after-sales service performance across manufacturers in hospital settings.
